Our Yoga and Mindfulness Project is dedicated to serving, caring for, and rebuilding the lives of individuals who have experienced trauma by providing culturally sensitive mindfulness practices and trauma-informed nature programs. Our focus is on Maine's growing immigrant communities, inspired by the lack of representation of immigrants and people of color as teachers and students in yoga spaces and outdoor adventures.
