No. You can browse public listings without an account. Creating a free account lets you leave reviews (reviews are available to logged-in users) and may unlock additional features like saving favorites. You can also contact providers using the contact options shown on each listing (Call, Email, Website, or the message form when available).
Open the listing and use the contact options provided. Most listings include buttons like Directions, Call, Email, and Website. Many listings also include a “Message to Provider” form so you can send an inquiry directly from the page.
At this time, bookings are handled by the provider. Use the listing’s Website button (or other contact options) to book through the provider’s own scheduling system (for example, their website or booking link).
Not necessarily. Some listings may display a Verified badge when the provider has completed our verification process. Other listings may not be verified. Listings can appear publicly, and we reserve the right to review, request changes, or remove listings that are misleading or violate our policies.
Reviews can only be left by logged-in users. We may remove reviews that appear to be spam, abusive, or in violation of our policies. Keep in mind that reviews reflect individual experiences, so we recommend reading multiple reviews and using the listing’s contact options if you have questions. If you believe a review is fraudulent or harmful, please report it.
Yes. You can share a listing by copying the page URL from your browser and sending it to a friend (text, email, or social). Some devices and browsers also provide a built-in share option.

Choose the category that best matches your services when you create your listing. If you’re not sure which category to use, pick the closest match. Our team may adjust categories for accuracy.

If you receive a negative review, don’t panic — it’s an opportunity to respond professionally and improve trust.
We may remove reviews that violate our guidelines, but we don’t remove reviews simply because they are negative. A thoughtful response often increases credibility.
Yes — you can temporarily pause or hide your listing if you’re not currently accepting clients, are updating your information, or need a short break.
If you don’t see a visibility option, you can set the listing to “Draft” (or similar) to remove it from public view. When you’re ready, switch it back to “Published” to go live again.
