Namaste Network is a wellness directory that helps you discover wellness providers, studios, and services in your area (and beyond). Each listing can include contact options like Call, Email, Website, and a Message form. Some listings may display a Verified badge when the provider has completed our verification process, but not every listing is verified.

No. You can browse public listings without an account. Creating a free account lets you leave reviews (reviews are available to logged-in users) and may unlock additional features like saving favorites. You can also contact providers using the contact options shown on each listing (Call, Email, Website, or the message form when available).

Open the listing and use the contact options provided. Most listings include buttons like Directions, Call, Email, and Website. Many listings also include a “Message to Provider” form so you can send an inquiry directly from the page.

At this time, bookings are handled by the provider. Use the listing’s Website button (or other contact options) to book through the provider’s own scheduling system (for example, their website or booking link).

Not necessarily. Some listings may display a Verified badge when the provider has completed our verification process. Other listings may not be verified. Listings can appear publicly, and we reserve the right to review, request changes, or remove listings that are misleading or violate our policies.

Reviews can only be left by logged-in users. We may remove reviews that appear to be spam, abusive, or in violation of our policies. Keep in mind that reviews reflect individual experiences, so we recommend reading multiple reviews and using the listing’s contact options if you have questions. If you believe a review is fraudulent or harmful, please report it.

Yes. You can share a listing by copying the page URL from your browser and sending it to a friend (text, email, or social). Some devices and browsers also provide a built-in share option.

Here’s the best next step:

  • Contact the provider first using the listing’s contact options (Call, Email, Website, or the message form).
  • For scheduling, payments, cancellations, or refunds, work directly with the provider (they handle these).
  • If a listing is misleading, inappropriate, or unsafe, contact us via the site’s Contact page so we can review it.

If you feel in immediate danger, contact local emergency services.

FAQs for Listing Owners

Adding your wellness business is simple:

  • Click the Add Listing button in the top menu.
  • Sign up or log in to your account.
  • Choose your plan: Community (free), or upgrade to Professional or Luminary for additional features (see Pricing Plans for details).
  • Fill out your listing details (name, category, location, images, and contact options).
  • Submit the form. Your listing can appear publicly right away, and we reserve the right to review, request changes, or remove listings that are misleading or violate our policies.

You can manage and edit your listing from your account dashboard. Updates can appear immediately after saving.

We welcome wellness providers, studios, and centers across a wide range of holistic and mind-body modalities (including yoga, meditation, Ayurveda, Reiki, breathwork, bodywork, coaching, and more). Choose the category that best matches your services when you create your listing. If you’re not sure which category to use, pick the closest match. Our team may adjust categories for accuracy.

 

Yes and no. You can create a free listing on the Community plan.
Paid plans (Professional and Luminary) unlock additional features and visibility benefits as shown on our Pricing page.
You can choose monthly or annual billing when available.

Yes. After you create an account, you can log in and edit your listing at any time (contact info, images, services, and links).
Updates can appear immediately after saving, and we may review or remove content that violates our policies.

Add great photos, write a detailed description, and ensure your contact options (Call, Email, Website, and messaging, when available) are accurate. Choose the most relevant categories and location so seekers can find you. Encourage happy clients to leave honest reviews. If you want additional visibility and features, consider upgrading to Professional or Luminary (see the Pricing page for what’s included).

Yes. If your business already has a listing, you can claim it.

  • Open the listing page and click Claim listing (it may appear as a claim icon/button near the listing title).
  • Log in or create an account.
  • Submit your claim and upload proof of ownership.

Claiming a listing is currently free.
Once approved, you’ll be able to manage and update the listing from your account.

Listings are shown in a way that helps seekers find the best match quickly and fairly.

  • Relevance to the search keywords and the filters someone selects (category, services, etc.).
  • Location and proximity (when location-based searching is being used).
  • Listing quality signals like completeness (photos, description, contact options), and recent updates.
  • Trust signals such as reviews/ratings and Verified status (when available).
  • If Featured placements are enabled, upgraded plans may receive additional visibility in designated areas.

We reserve the right to adjust ordering to prevent spam and to keep results accurate and helpful.

If you receive a negative review, don’t panic — it’s an opportunity to respond professionally and improve trust.

  • Respond calmly and respectfully, addressing the concern without arguing.
  • Offer a solution (refund, reschedule, follow-up, clarification) if appropriate.
  • Keep it private when needed by inviting the reviewer to message you directly to resolve it.
  • Report it if it contains hate, harassment, spam, false claims, or violates our policies.

We may remove reviews that violate our guidelines, but we don’t remove reviews simply because they are negative. A thoughtful response often increases credibility.

Yes — you can temporarily pause or hide your listing if you’re not currently accepting clients, are updating your information, or need a short break.

  • Log in to your account and go to your listing.
  • Edit the listing status/visibility (for example: Draft, Unpublished, Hidden, or similar).
  • Save your changes — your listing will no longer appear publicly until you re-enable it.

If you don’t see a visibility option, you can set the listing to “Draft” (or similar) to remove it from public view. When you’re ready, switch it back to “Published” to go live again.

We offer three membership options so you can choose the level of visibility and features that fits your business:

  • Community (Free): A simple, essential listing with standard placement in search and categories.
  • Professional: More listing capacity and profile features, plus additional visibility options designed to help you stand out.
  • Luminary: Our highest-visibility option, with the most features and promotion/placement opportunities available.
