For more than 50 years, Aikido Ai of Southern California has been teaching Aikido, Tai Chi, Qigong and Zen to adults, kids, and seniors of all abilities and experience. Head Instructor Sensei Frank McGouirk, 7th dan, has been awarded the title of Shihan, or Master Teacher, by the international Aikido headquarters. He is certified Sifu in Tai Chi. His instructors are officially ranked up to 5th dan, and they teach with joy and love for the arts. Dojo Membership invites students to train in all arts, up to 7 days a week. We also teach the ongoing courses offered through Whittier's park and recreation programs. Come give us a try!
