Our 45-minute sessions are tailor made exclusively for your body. We guarantee no two classes will ever be exactly the same. Promise. Attention moms: concerned about your pelvic floor? Solution: Pilates (done correctly)! Pilates works to strengthen, tone, and stretch your body to achieve ideal posture, alignment and balance. By concentrating on the body's core, Pilates helps release muscles so your body can work in proper skeletal alignment. Once the body is in correct alignment, Pilates will define your muscles to maintain proper structural alignment.
