The Body Lab is a boutique Pilates studio in Williston, Vermont offering private, semi-private and group Pilates instruction. We are redefining traditional Pilates classes with a modern spin on the workout that transforms your body. Our method is designed to increase strength and flexibility, build lean muscle and keep the body mobile. Each session is unique, complete with heart-pumping music, a high energy atmosphere and detailed instruction. With a focus on power, precision, and control, Pilates will work every element of your physical and mental strength. We focus on strengthening all major muscle groups in addition to those smaller muscles that have a big impact on how your body tones and gains definition.
