Nurturing the Soul Through Movement

Our goal is to provide an inclusive space for all people to feel welcome, connected, and grounded. We love where we live and are grateful for the community that makes it so special. We believe that yoga can help the people around us to live longer and stronger, but that it is so much more than a fitness exercise. By bringing greater awareness to our physical body, by challenging it, by giving ourselves the time and space to explore it as it is, we also create an opportunity to engage with ourselves in a new way. We can increase our self-awareness, self-acceptance, and self-regulation. By doing so, we strengthen our capacity for connection and, maybe, experience more peace.
