We provide the most advanced type of neurofeedback brain training for all ages. 45 minute sessions are relaxing and effortless - you can watch a movie or listen to music while the system reads electrical activity of the brain via sensors placed on your scalp. The software monitors for flutter in signal which is an indication of functional instability - up to 256 times per second feedback is provided via brief pauses in sound which alert the brain to observe its own activity and if necessary, self correct. This happens outside of conscious awareness. Typical results include feeling calm, clear, focused, less irritable, more confident, better quality of sleep, improved performance at school or work, less stress and burnout, more self control
