Our goal is to provide an environment that is inclusive and healing. We focus on core strength, improving alignment, posture, strength and the mobility of the body. We aim to keep the community strong, moving well and pain-free. Pilates for every body and every fitness level. Our expert instructors include two with experience as Physical Therapist Assistants. All instructors are STOTT pilates certified.
