Me & U Abilities Academy is a Physical Therapy clinic that specializes in servicing our clients with intellectual and physical disabilities. We offer physical therapy services and also a unique MIND, MUSCLE, and MOTION group exercise program created by our therapy team. Our physical therapy sessions and movement program address many obstacles in our clients lives such as motor planning and coordination challenges, muscle strengthening, balance, muscle stretching, wheelchair exercise and skills, cognitive as well as social skills.
Elena's classes are the highlight of my week. Her voice is incredibly soothing, and she has a way of really making the most challenging poses feel accessible and purposeful.
