We hear about "safe spaces," but real life often requires us to go into places that aren't "safe." So we feel robbed of our peace and confidence. We end up going through life small, when the people who rely on us need us to be big. That's why we help people be more of who they want to be in the toughest situations. Founders Collin and Brittney Davey are passionate about people of all ages learn to be Brave. Collin has trained for years with internationally ranked competitors like Gabriel Sousa, Diego Ramhalo, Estevan Martinez, and Lucas Rocha, from whom he received his black belt in 2020. Brittney has served in donor relations at the March of Dimes, The Ronald Reagan Foundation, and currently at the Idaho Food Bank.

Elena's classes are the highlight of my week. Her voice is incredibly soothing, and she has a way of really making the most challenging poses feel accessible and purposeful.
I started as a complete beginner. Elena's patience and precise adjustments helped me build a practice from the ground up — the studio vibe is unmatched.
