Barbara Lyon teaches gentle, in-studio live yoga classes Thursdays 11-noon and on Zoom on Mon, Tues & Thurs for Seniors, Beginners & Intermediate level. Each week we focus on a topic of interest like Yoga to Improve Balance; Yoga for Anxiety/Insomnia; Yoga for Better Posture; or a body part like Yoga for a stronger core; more open chest & shoulders; or to ease our hips/lower back, but every class has lots of good 'all-over' yoga, too, and breathing exercises. If you cannot attend class, you can purchase a video of the class and do it on your own whenever it's convenient. Come do something wonderful for your body, mind, and spirit, regardless of your age, experience, or flexibility - come to yoga! Barbara has been a teacher since 1995.
