Festa Della Donna is a celebration of that diversity, primarily focusing on empowering women through transformation and by equipping them with the tools necessary to build up the “whole” woman. It is Esther’s vision is to expand FDD to a global cause, serving people around the world with coaching, personal development retreats, online courses and much more. One of Esther’s passions is helping adolescents learn how to navigate the pressures of society. We are unnecessarily losing far too many of our young men and women to drugs, alcohol, violence and suicide. This is simply because they don’t have the tools they need to act differently.
