Apparatus Pilates is a type of resistance training that focuses on the body as a whole meaning you’ll work upper body, lower body,and of course your core. In class you will also work on flexibility, mobility, building strength and joint stability, as well as range of motion. We offer Pilates for everybody out there. Pilate’s is truly for every BODY.
