Hi – I’m John Brooks and I’m the founder of Nutrition 361 (361 as in a degree beyond 360°, there’s a funny story beyond that I’ll share when we talk). While writing/talking about myself isn’t really my favorite thing to do, or is it? I’d be remiss if I didn’t tell you a little bit about me before we work together. I have a B.S. in biology from DePaul University and a M.S. in Nutrition & Wellness from Benedictine University. I’m a Certified Sports Nutritionist with the International Society of Sports Nutrition. I love to cook, don’t worry I’m not one of those nutritionists who likes bland food and has a boring palate. One of my favorite things to do is help people from all backgrounds achieve their health and nutrition goals.
