Our school is focused on training in the traditional art of Northern Shaolin and Tai Chi Praying Mantis Kung Fu martial arts. We are a form based martial arts system. What this means is, the movements we learn are all put together in pattern or form. We train these patterns or forms over and over until they become part of us. We consider this the best form of self-defense training because the movements become second nature and when a situation occurs, one doesn't need to think about what they need to do, they just do it!
