We are an active, peer-led group practicing Buddhist meditation and other mindfulness approaches for over a decade. We meet weekly, in-person, at St. Mark's Episcopal Church on Capitol Hill, from 7:30-9pm, for group meditation and discussion. All are welcome! If you're new to the community or meditation in general, please try to arrive at 7:15pm so we can introduce you and go over the format. There is no cost, but donations are welcome if you choose.
