Delia Corsi is the founder of The Sanctuary Pilates & Yoga — a wellness haven rooted in the belief that the combination of Pilates, Yoga, and Strength Training has the power to transform the mind, body, and spirit. Though she’s always had a love for strength training, it was through Pilates and Yoga, discovered during her own health journey, that Delia experienced a profound mind, body alignment.
