I'm a registered dietitian working with individuals and teaching classes. With an advanced degree in Counseling Psychology, I use these skills to motivate and encourage my clients to reach their health goals. My style is highly comprehensive - looking at the many pieces that make up our nutritional health. I am skillful at helping people reach a healthier weight (especially those who have attempted other ways unsuccessfully or along side GLP-1 use). I am also passionate about topics like brain health, good mood foods, preteen/teen nutrition, ADHD/ADD, confidence and self- esteem, anxiety, OCD, nutrient deficiencies, eating best for your DNA, food sensitivity, glucose and CGM use, hormone balance, and anti-inflammation recommendations.
