We are a yoga studio that teaches Hatha Yoga in the Himalayan Institute tradition. Our classes focus on breath integrated postures that provide the student understanding and depth to the inner working of their bodies. The postures are done in an effort to release stress, tone the body and build a sense of calm so that the student can have greater connection to their meditation practice. Our classes are for the beginning and advanced students alike. Modifications can be made by a student to student basis so that any and all capacities have an opportunity to get what they may need through their individual postures. Classes are reserved by email.
