Cavazos, and surrounding areas. Elite Therapy Center is a children's speech, occupational, and physical therapy service center. We provide unique treatment plans for all abilities ages birth up to 21 years. With six convenient locations in Central Texas; our goal is to treat the entire family and join them on their journey of hope and healing. Elite Therapy Center treats in our four clinics, in private schools, day cares, parents/mom day out programs and in the home. We accept TriWest (formerly called Tricare), Medicaid, most private insurance, and self pay.
