Coastal Carolina Physical Therapy provides outpatient orthopedic, home health, and telehealth services. We provide the highest level of evidence-based care, utilizing a multifaceted approach of one-on-one attention, to provide holistic personalized care across the lifespan, to empower individuals to achieve optimal health and wellness. Our patients receive optimal care, while constructing a meaningful relationship with our team members. Our schedule is very flexible and we are able to accommodate and treat patients; who have undergone post operative procedures, are diagnosed with any neurological condition, unable to re-integrate into the community due to strength and balance impairments, or are experiencing general deconditioning.
